Absolutely! We encourage all pet parents to schedule a free tour of PawNest before their dog's stay. Visits are available Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM by appointment. We are experienced in caring for dogs with diabetes, epilepsy, arthritis, and other chronic conditions. Our staff is trained to administer oral medications, injections, and subcutaneous fluids as needed. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3 to 6 days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours of check-in receive a 25% refund.
