All dogs must be up-to-date on core vaccinations including Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). We also require proof of recent deworming and flea/tick prevention. Please bring your vaccination records on your first visit — our team will verify and maintain them on file for future stays.
We recommend bringing your dog's regular food to avoid digestive upset, any medications with clear instructions, and a familiar blanket or toy for comfort. We provide premium bedding, food bowls, and treats, but you're welcome to bring your dog's favourite items to help them feel at home. Please label all personal belongings clearly with your dog's name.
We send daily photo and video updates via WhatsApp or email, typically in the morning and evening. Each update includes details about your dog's meals, activities, bathroom habits, and overall mood. You can also request a live video call at any time to see your furry friend in real-time. Our team is always available to answer questions during business hours.
Yes! We encourage all new clients to schedule a complimentary facility tour before booking. You can see our kennels, play areas, and meet our staff in person. We also offer half-day trial stays for dogs who are new to boarding, which helps them acclimate to the environment. Contact us to schedule your tour at a time that works for you.
We understand that plans can change. Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 30 days. For long-term stays (over 2 weeks), we offer flexible rescheduling options.
