Our boarding rates start at Rs. 1,200 per day for Deluxe suites, Rs. 1,800 for Premium, and Rs. 2,500 for Presidential suites. All rates include climate-controlled accommodation, daily housekeeping, 24/7 supervision, fresh meals, and daily playtime. Complimentary photo updates are sent to pet parents every evening. Discounts are available for long-term stays (7+ days) and multiple pets from the same household.

For dogs, we require current vaccinations for Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella. For cats, Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV vaccines are mandatory. All pets must have a valid health certificate from a licensed veterinarian issued within 10 days of check-in. Proof of tick/flea prevention is also required. Our on-site vet can assist with any vaccination updates if needed.

Absolutely! We encourage all pet parents to schedule a personal tour of our Trimurti Chowk facility before making a booking. Tours are available Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM. During your visit, you can meet our staff, see the boarding areas, play zones, spa, and veterinary clinic. You can also observe your pet during a trial daycare day to ensure they feel comfortable.

Your pet's health is our top priority. We have an on-site veterinary clinic with qualified veterinarians available during business hours and on-call support for emergencies. If your pet shows any signs of illness, we immediately isolate them in our quarantine area and contact you with a full medical assessment. Our team is trained in pet first aid and CPR. In case of serious emergencies, we have partnerships with leading animal hospitals in Pune for rapid referral.

Yes, we offer premium pet chauffeur services across all of Pune, including Trimurti Chowk, Kothrud, Aundh, Baner, Viman Nagar, Koregaon Park, Wakad, and beyond. Our climate-controlled vehicles are equipped with secure crates, comfortable bedding, and calming music. Pick-up and drop-off can be scheduled at your convenience, with real-time GPS tracking and photo confirmation. Additional charges apply based on distance from our resort.

We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds (parrots, budgies, cockatiels), and other small animals. Each species has dedicated boarding areas designed to their specific needs. Dogs are housed in private suites with access to play yards, while cats enjoy a separate serene cattery with climbing structures. Exotic pets receive specialized care from our experienced team. We do not accept reptiles or venomous species at this time.
