Booking & Reservations

Booking is easy! Simply contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this page. We recommend booking at least 5-7 days in advance, especially during peak holiday seasons. You can also visit our facility in Palus for a tour before making a reservation.

Check-in is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with prior notice at no extra charge for regular clients.

Pet Care & Safety

For dogs, we require up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and kennel cough (Bordetella). For cats, we require rabies, FVRCP, and feline leukemia. Please bring vaccination records at check-in.

We have trained staff who can administer medications, manage special diets, and monitor pets with chronic conditions. Our on-call veterinary partnership ensures immediate professional care if needed. Please inform us of any medical needs at booking.

Pricing & Policies

Our rates vary based on suite type, pet size, and length of stay. Standard boarding starts at ₹500/night, while luxury suites start at ₹800/night. We offer weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us for a personalized quote.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged one night's stay. Special policies apply during peak seasons.

Transportation & Additional Services

Yes! We offer door-to-door pickup and drop services within Palus and nearby areas (up to 30 km). Our climate-controlled vehicles ensure your pet travels safely and comfortably. Contact us for availability and rates.

Absolutely! We welcome visits during our regular hours. Please schedule your visit in advance so we can prepare your pet and ensure a smooth visit. We also send daily photo and video updates via WhatsApp so you can see your pet anytime.
