We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major Indian public holidays. Extended hours are available upon request for boarding clients.
All puppies must be up-to-date on their core vaccinations including Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Rabies. Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required before enrollment. We also recommend Bordetella vaccination for group settings.
Yes! We offer a complimentary half-day trial session for all new puppies. This allows your puppy to become familiar with our facility and our staff to assess their temperament and needs before you commit to a full package.
Our daycare packages include supervised playtime, structured activities, meal service (if provided by you or our kitchen), rest periods in luxury nap suites, daily health check-ups, and lots of love. Grooming and training can be added as optional upgrades.
We maintain a strict staff-to-puppy ratio of 1:5 during all play sessions. Puppies are grouped by size, age, and play style. Our facility features padded flooring, secure fencing, and constant supervision by trained staff members who are certified in pet first aid and CPR.
In the rare event of illness or injury, our trained staff will immediately assess the situation and contact you. We have partnerships with nearby veterinary clinics in Kurla West for emergency care. All incidents are documented and reported transparently to pet parents.
