CottonCrest Exports began in 2007 as a modest stitching unit on the outskirts of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, supplying basic cotton t-shirts to local retailers. What started with four sewing machines and a single knitting vendor has grown into a complete cotton t-shirt import and export house that today serves wholesalers, retail chains, promotional agencies and private-label fashion brands across 24 countries.
Our core strength lies in sourcing. We work directly with certified spinning mills and knitting units in Tirupur, Ludhiana, Kolkata and Chhattisgarh, which allows us to control yarn quality, GSM consistency and shrinkage behaviour long before a single garment is cut. Every batch of cotton is tested for colour fastness, pilling resistance and dimensional stability before it enters production.
Inside our Bhilai facility, we handle cutting, stitching, screen printing, DTG printing, embroidery, tagging and export packing. Because we keep the entire process under one roof, buyers receive consistent sizing across repeat orders — a detail that wholesale importers value far more than a lower quotation. Our monthly capacity stands at 120,000 pieces, with room to scale for seasonal peaks.
