About Our Atelier

A House of Ethnic Wear Design Rooted in Arrah, India

Rangreza Ethnic Couture began as a modest tailoring room in Arrah, Bihar, where a single master karigar stitched bridal blouses for neighbourhood families. Over the years that room grew into a full-fledged ethnic wear design house serving brides, families and festive shoppers across the region — yet the founding belief never changed: every garment must feel as personal as the occasion it is worn for.

Our design philosophy blends the timeless vocabulary of Indian textiles with a clean, contemporary fit. We study fabric fall, body posture and movement before a single cut is made, so a lehenga twirls effortlessly and an Anarkali drapes without pulling. This patient, technical approach is what separates a boutique outfit from a truly well-designed ethnic ensemble.

Everything you see in our Arrah studio is made in-house. Zari work, zardozi accents, mirror detailing, gota patti borders and hand-finished linings are executed by our own team of embroiderers and tailors. We source silks, chanderi, georgette, organza and Banarasi brocades directly from trusted weaver clusters, which keeps quality consistent and pricing honest for our clients.

Beyond bridal wear, we design festive sarees, designer blouses, sharara and gharara sets, kurti collections and Indo-western fusion pieces for engagements, sangeet nights, receptions and family celebrations. Each order passes through a structured five-stage quality check — fabric inspection, pattern approval, embroidery review, fitting trial and final finishing — before it is packed and handed over.

Today our client family stretches far beyond Arrah, with orders travelling to Patna, Bhojpur, Ara, Buxar and even overseas. Whether you are a bride planning her dream trousseau or a boutique owner looking for reliable manufacturing support, our team in Arrah - India is ready to bring your ethnic wear vision to life with craftsmanship, transparency and genuine care.

“We do not simply stitch clothes — we preserve a craft, one careful stitch at a time.”

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you may want to know before placing your first ethnic wear order with our Arrah studio. Multiple answers can stay open at once.

For bridal couture we recommend booking at least 45 to 60 days before your wedding date. This allows time for design consultation, fabric sourcing, embroidery execution and three structured fitting trials. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated in 20 to 25 days depending on embroidery density and our production schedule.

Yes. While our studio is based in Arrah - India, we regularly ship completed outfits to Patna, Buxar, Ara, Ranchi, Delhi, Mumbai and several overseas locations. For outstation clients we share detailed measurement guides and conduct video fitting reviews before final finishing.

Absolutely. Many clients bring inherited sarees, family fabrics or personally purchased material. We inspect the fabric first, advise on the most suitable silhouette, and confirm whether lining, interlining or additional support material will be required for the best final result.

Pricing depends on fabric choice, embroidery technique, embellishment density and the number of pieces in the set. Simple stitched suits and alterations start at modest rates, while heavily hand-embroidered bridal ensembles are quoted individually after the design consultation. You always receive a transparent written estimate before work begins.

Standard bridal orders include three fitting trials: a toile or structure trial, a mid-construction fitting and a final finishing trial. Additional trials can be arranged if your measurements change or if you wish to adjust the silhouette after seeing the embroidery in progress.

Yes, we support boutique owners, resellers and online ethnic wear brands with bulk kurti, suit and blouse manufacturing. Sampling, size grading, fabric procurement and batch-wise quality checks are handled in-house, with clearly agreed production timelines and minimum order quantities discussed upfront.
