Sample development takes 5 to 7 working days. Bulk production for a 2,000-piece order is typically completed in 20 to 25 working days after sample approval. Sea freight adds roughly 18 to 32 days depending on the destination port, while air freight delivers within 5 to 9 days.
We normally work on 40% advance with the balance against a scanned bill of lading, and can discuss LC at sight for larger confirmed programmes. Every consignment includes a pre-shipment inspection report with photographs, and we stand behind our quality with a documented replacement policy for manufacturing defects.
