Gaya Oversized Tees Impex began as a small garment finishing unit on the outskirts of Gaya - India, where a handful of tailors and a single printing table laid the foundation of what is today a full-scale import-export house for oversized apparel. Our journey started with a simple observation: global buyers wanted heavyweight, boxy oversized tees at honest prices, and Indian manufacturing could deliver exactly that.
Over the years we have invested heavily in circular knitting machines, compacting and bio-wash lines, and automated cutting tables. This lets us hold consistent fabric GSM, shrinkage control and stitch density across repeat orders — the three things international buyers complain about most when sourcing from smaller vendors.
Our export desk handles buyers across the Middle East, Europe, North America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Every consignment leaving Gaya passes through a four-stage inspection covering measurement tolerance, colour matching under D65 lighting, needle detection and packing audit. Nothing ships until it clears all four.
On the import side, we source premium blanks, ring-spun yarn, eco-friendly dyes and trims from certified mills abroad, then distribute them to domestic brands and boutique manufacturers across Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. This two-way trade keeps our pricing sharp and our inventory deep.
Today our team of 45 professionals — designers, merchandisers, QC inspectors, documentation experts and logistics coordinators — works as one unit.
