Bringing The Freshness Of The Mandi Straight To Dhanbad Homes

FreshKart Grocery Delivery began in 2016 in the heart of Dhanbad with one simple promise — every family in the coal capital deserves farm-fresh food without the hassle of traffic, long queues and daily bargaining. What started as a small two-person delivery desk near Hirapur has today grown into one of the most trusted online grocery services in Dhanbad - India, serving thousands of households every single week.

We operate a network of temperature-controlled micro-warehouses and dark stores across Dhanbad, covering Hirapur, Saraidhela, Dhaiya, Jharia, Katras, Govindpur, Sindri, Baliapur and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Each hub is stocked every morning with produce that has been inspected, graded and cleaned the same day, so that what reaches your kitchen still carries the crispness of the farm.

Our sourcing team works directly with farmer collectives across the Chhotanagpur plateau, with mandis in Ranchi and Bokaro, and with verified FPOs for staples such as rice, atta, dal and cold-pressed oils. By removing middlemen from the chain we are able to keep prices honest while making sure that growers in and around Dhanbad get a fair return for their hard work.

Technology sits quietly behind everything we do. Our order management platform tracks live inventory, predicts demand for festive and monsoon weeks, and routes each order to the nearest delivery partner. Customers can reorder a full monthly basket in a single tap, schedule a delivery slot that suits their day, and pay online or in cash — whichever feels comfortable.

Above all, we are a Dhanbad business run by people who live here. Our delivery riders know the lanes of Jharia as well as they know their own street. Our support team speaks your language. And our promise stays exactly the same as it was on day one — fresh groceries, fair prices, and a delivery that arrives with a smile.
