3D architectural modeling is the process of building a dimensionally accurate digital replica of your proposed structure. It includes geometry modelling of walls, slabs, columns, openings, staircases, façades and interiors, followed by material assignment, lighting setup and photorealistic rendering. At our Kulti studio, every model is built to scale from your CAD drawings, sketches or PDF plans so the output can be used for approvals, marketing and construction reference.

A single exterior or interior view usually takes three to five working days after drawings and references are finalised. A complete package with multiple views and a short walkthrough animation typically takes ten to eighteen working days. Timelines are confirmed in writing before we begin, and our Kulti team shares stage-wise previews so you always know exactly where the project stands.

We can work from AutoCAD DWG files, Revit models, SketchUp files, PDF drawing sets, or even clear hand sketches with dimensions. Along with drawings, it helps to share reference images, material preferences, colour palettes and any brand guidelines. If you only have a concept idea, our team can still develop a massing model and refine it together with you through review calls.

Every package includes two complimentary revision rounds after the first draft render is shared. Minor adjustments such as colour changes, camera tweaks or small material swaps are handled quickly.
