SilverNest Senior Living Architects is an Aligarh-based design studio created for one purpose — to make elder care buildings feel less like institutions and more like homes. Since our first old-age home project in the city, we have worked exclusively on senior living, assisted living and skilled nursing environments, so our drawings reflect real caregiving routines rather than generic commercial planning.

Our team studies how residents actually spend a day: when they wake, how far they walk to the dining hall, where they pause to rest, and how families find their way during a visit. That research shapes every corridor width, handrail height, lighting layer and courtyard we design in Aligarh and across Uttar Pradesh.

We coordinate closely with care operators, nursing staff, MEP consultants and local authorities from the first concept sketch. Because we work only in this sector, we already know the compliance points, the lift dimensions and the emergency evacuation routes that approval bodies in Aligarh expect to see.

Sustainability matters to us as much as safety. Native tree cover, shaded walking loops, rainwater harvesting and cross-ventilated blocks keep running costs low for operators while keeping residents comfortable through the harsh North Indian summer and the cold winter months.
